Modular Architecture of Distributed Applications
Musil, Jiří ; Hrubý, Martin (referee) ; Hanáček, Petr (advisor)
Traditional architectures of software systems are in heterogenous environment of today's computer networks too heavy-footed. One of principles, which tries to solve this problem is service-oriented architecture (SOA). Practical way of its implementation is represented by web services (WS) built upon protocols like SOAP or XML-RPC. This diploma thesis focuses problem of providing contextual information to mobile devices and its solution based on SOA principles. The thesis introduces design and implementation of web service providing contextual information to mobile devices and prototype of modular inverse SOAP proxy server allowing its effective monitoring and management.
Interfaces of Web-Services
Kubát, David ; Rychlý, Marek (referee) ; Weiss, Petr (advisor)
The objective of this thesis was to get acquainted with the proposition of the service-oriented architecture and its real representation web services. To understand the principles of their functioning, creation, communication and the ways to finding and using them. To be specific, the goal of this project was to analyse a current program, design its transfer to the web service description language and to implement a web service interface layer upon this program. The system is demonstrating the basic principles of the web services and the function of the interface during the communication between its provider and customer.
Application Framework for Information System Development in Dart
Raška, Miroslav ; Křivka, Zbyněk (referee) ; Rychlý, Marek (advisor)
Web applications development nowadays is experiencing specific difficulties in presentation layer that could be solved by a framework that combines modern technologies and novel framework approach. The difficulties are introduced, along with their solution in existing web frameworks. Novel, message-driven framework architecture, basic component structure and various framework extensions are analysed and outcomes and effects are discussed. Technical problems with implementation of generally analysed solutions in the Dart language are examined. The decisions and solutions are accompanied by their effects on real-world applications.
Web Service Broker
Pagáč, Jiří ; Rychlý, Marek (referee) ; Weiss, Petr (advisor)
The thesis deals with the study of the technology of web services and how to search for them, and with the implementation of systems used for registration of and searching for web services - directories. Greater attention is paid to the UDDI (The Universal Description, Discovery and Integration) directory, its data structures, program interface and problems related to registration of the service and searches using UDDI. The main part of the study deals with the implementation of a part of UDDI standard version 3.0.2 for the demonstration of the registration and search of the service in a UDDI type directory. The resultant application should be used for teaching problems concerning web services. It is written in C++ programming language using Firebird, libraries for communication with Firebird database IBPP and C++ toolkit for the development of web services in C++ - gSOAP.
Realisation of Service-Oriented Architecture: Web Services
Jiráček, Pavel ; Rychlý, Marek (referee) ; Weiss, Petr (advisor)
The main subject of this master thesis is the Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). It shows a complete overview of Web Services in terms of realisation of a SOA. The thesis mentions what is already done and what else remains to ful ll the basic SOA principles. Then, it reviews Java EE platform tools used to deal with the Web Services. Next, it introduces the Java Management Extensions (JMX) technology as a solution of the web service's area - SOA governance. Moreover, it examinates the possible usage of JMX for the web service's management and monitoring issues. Finally, it implements an exemplary web services management and monitoring application on GlassFish server for testing purposes.
System for Managing Corporate Data Integration
Řezník, Michal ; Smrčka, Aleš (referee) ; Kočí, Radek (advisor)
Cílem této práce je návrh a implementace aplikačního rozhraní, který se stane součástí mikro aplikace patřící do integrační platformy firmy Onsemi. Práce se nejprve věnuje představení strategií používaných během vývoje systému, použitým nástrojům a návrhu samotného designu systému. Middleware platforma Onsemi obstarává více než 3000 da- tových toků denně a zajišťuje úspěšný každodenní chod korporátu.
Formal-based Component Model with Support of Mobile Architecture
Rychlý, Marek
In the thesis, we propose an approach to modelling of component-based systems and formal description of their behaviour. The approach is based on a novel component model defined by a metamodel in a logical view and by description in the pi-calculus in a process view. We show that the component model addresses the dynamic aspects of software architectures including the component mobility. Furthermore, we propose a method of behavioural modelling of service-oriented architectures to pass smoothly from service level to component level and to describe behaviour of a whole system, services and components, as a single pi-calculus process. Finally, we illustrate an application of our approach on a case study of an environment for functional testing of complex safety-critical systems. The support of dynamic architecture and the integration with service-oriented architecture compromise the main advantages of our approach.
